Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients and myself, the following policies are in place:
Any/all cancellations or modifications must be made with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Any cancellation or modification with less than 24 hours notice is considered a late cancellation
Late cancellations or no shows will be subject to a fee of 100% of the total cost of your scheduled appointment
To schedule future services after a late cancellation or no show, you will need to put a card on file and pay a nonrefundable deposit of 50% of your scheduled service.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other appointments that follow yours. Depending on how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start your service. If it's determined that we will not have time to complete your service, you will still be responsible for paying 100% of your session.
Regardless of the length of the service given, you will be responsible for the full cost of the session.
